Position Summary:

Our co-op program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience related to their field of study while gaining exposure to a professional work environment.

We offer co-op opportunities across a variety of areas within our company, including construction management, engineering, design, accounting, finance, information technology, business, and other professional fields. Co-op assignments will vary based on the student’s area of study, interests, experience, and current opportunities within the company.

Students will work alongside experienced team members and contribute to real projects and day-to-day responsibilities within their assigned area. Our goal is to provide meaningful experience that allows students to build their skills, better understand their chosen career field, and prepare for future employment.

We accept applications for co-op positions year-round to accommodate different college and university co-op schedules.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to the co-op opportunity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; additional software requirements may vary by position
  • Ability to work at our office in Monroeville, OH, or at another assigned J&H location as applicable
